If cryptocurrency is offered for a 6Ye Doll order, begin with a specific payment quote tied to an agreed configuration. A general statement that crypto is supported is not enough to identify where or how to send funds. The quote must provide the actual asset, network, amount, receiving address and expiry. This guide explains the checks around a manually reviewed quote; it does not confirm that a particular merchant has issued one or recommend buying cryptocurrency.

Match the quote to the agreed order

Check the quote reference, description and seller conversation against the configuration you accepted. Resolve a mismatch before payment. A change of product or amount should lead to a clearly updated quote, not an instruction to adjust a figure yourself. Keep the latest version and make sure you understand which earlier proposal it replaces.

Read the expiry and its stated time zone. Do not send using an expired, cancelled or rejected quote. Ask for a current one through the established contact channel. If a payment instruction arrives unexpectedly through a different channel, verify it with the seller before relying on it.

Treat the asset and network as a pair

A token name alone does not identify the transfer network. Tether’s published protocol information, for example, lists USD₮ on more than one blockchain, including Ethereum and TRON. The sender must match the specific network on the merchant's quote; the fact that a wallet offers another route does not make it an acceptable substitute.

Check that your wallet or sending service supports the exact asset and network combination requested. If the available labels do not clearly match the quote, stop and ask for clarification. Do not choose a different network merely because its fee or estimated timing looks preferable.

Verify the address and the receiving amount

Copy the address from the current verified quote and compare it in full before confirming the transfer. Do not choose a lookalike entry from transaction history or replace the address with one from an unrelated message. Ethereum’s official support documentation states that a transaction sent on Ethereum cannot be reversed, making verification before sending essential.

Check how the sending service applies network or withdrawal fees and confirm that the recipient will receive the quoted amount. Do not estimate the crypto amount from a separate browsing-currency display when a fixed crypto quote has been issued. Resolve any uncertainty with the seller before sending.

Keep the transaction reference

After sending, retain the transaction hash supplied by the wallet or service, together with the quote reference and transfer details. A transaction hash identifies a transaction; it does not by itself establish that the merchant received the correct asset, network and amount. Submitting a hash is a request for verification, not proof that every requirement of the quote has been met.

In a manual-review flow, the submitted transaction remains awaiting verification until the team checks it and confirms payment. Do not send a second payment just because the status has not changed immediately. Contact the team with the existing reference if you need an update. Never provide a wallet recovery phrase, private key or password in that enquiry.

Resolve exceptions without improvising another transfer

If a transfer has already been made and the quote expires or a detail appears incorrect, provide the existing transaction information to the seller and ask for the next step. Do not assume that creating a new quote or submitting another hash repairs the original transfer. Keep the records together so the issue can be assessed against the agreed payment request.

An administrator's payment confirmation and the order's fulfilment status are separate records. Retain both. This process helps keep the transaction and commercial agreement understandable; it does not guarantee network timing, recovery of an incorrect transfer or delivery of the ordered item.
